Full Job Description
Managing day to day operations of the Bar
Preparation and service of drinks i.e. classic cocktails, wine, spirit and mixer, juices.
Bar cleanliness and restocking according to the par levels.
Cleaning duties
Opening and closing procedures.
Assistance with the F&B Service
Experience working in a Cocktail Bar, 4 or 5
- Hotel
Stability in your career to date.
Can do attitude.
Immaculate presentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Understanding of Food Hygiene as well as Health and Safety practices.
