Leas Cliff Hall is set into the side of the cliff in Folkestone. It was built in 1927 as a concert hall and has had several additions made to it since then, including the main entrance, which houses the Coffee Shop and Box Office, and The Channel Suite situated under the Grand Hall. Leas Cliff Hall is a multi-functional venue, and houses its own bespoke function and conference suite, The Channel Suite which hosts a range of events, including weddings, conferences, meetings and parties.

We are looking for individuals to join our Coffee Shop team for weekday and weekend shifts at an exciting time as we continue to maintain our reputation for providing world class live events. This year we are welcoming Scouting for Girls, Squeeze and our spectacular pantomime The Wonderful Wizard of Oz to name a few... but the magic doesn't begin and end on the stage. Our Coffee Shop Assistants are instrumental in providing our day to day customers with an experience they won't forget. The ideal candidates will be confident, energetic, enthusiastic and be able to engage with both children and adults to ensure our customers receive the best possible service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You must be able to keep calm under pressure and have a professional attitude during busy shifts.

You will ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the Coffee Shop is of the highest possible standard. You will also be required to take orders, prepare food and drink, and adhere to the company's payment processing & stock monitoring procedures.
