Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Front of house and kitchen staff.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all customers have a positive experience.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to minimise waste.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
Plan staff schedules, manage absences, and conduct performance reviews.
Work collaboratively with the store team to align with Boundary Outlet's values and goals.

We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in a similar role, managing a café or coffee shop.
Is passionate about food, coffee, and customer service.
Demonstrates strong leadership and team-building skills.
Has excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
Holds relevant food safety and hygiene certifications (or is willing to obtain them).
