We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Coffee Training Manager to join our Nestlé Coffee Partners team within the Nestlé Professional business. This role is field based covering the South of England region with travel and c.2 overnight stays away per week. As Coffee Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the out of home training solutions, audit and compliance strategy for the UK&I market across the Nestlé Coffee Partners Portfolio. - Leading a team of Coffee Training Specialists to fulfil the needs of Nestlé Coffee Partners, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring brand standards are adhered to within the Nestlé Coffee Partners UK&I within Nescafé Beverage Solutions & We Proudly Serve Starbucks existing portfolio
- Facilitating continuous improvement that new business has been implemented correctly & in line with the comprehensive guidelines set out by the GCA & Nescafé
- Enhancing the ongoing optimisation process for new business launches including for our customers
- Providing a seamless Communication & mobilisation support. Striving in achieving ambitious timelines and SLAs & reducing tasks from Coffee Training Specialists
- Ensure the status of our Rev Share estate is operating & performing with clear expectations & throughput
- Providing Field Team with Day-to-Day support & working collaboratively to act in a timely manner for our customers
- Providing the Head of Training and where relevant Sales & Category Team with monthly reporting and updates in relation to new business openings, training, audits and brand compliance.
- Support the smooth implementation of new and updated brand standards and Seasonal limited time offer beverages to our We Proudly Serve Starbucks Customers. Where required this will also include Seattle's Best and our Nescafé brands.

To be successful in this role, you'll have retail leadership experience and trained to barista Trainer and /or expertise in Nescafé Beverage Solution. You'll be fluent in making beverages using beverage routine. You'll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both orally and written) with a close attention to detail and be results-orientated with a proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives. You'll also have: - Ability to build and maintain strong internal & external relationships
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and lead a diverse team of talent.
- Experience of delivering consistent performance through others
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Experience contributing to cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders
- Problem-solving & planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload
