Are you an accredited CBT therapist or shortly to complete your high intensity CBT training and in a position to achieve accreditation with our support within the next year? Are you keen to use your CBT skills and deliver therapy as a key part of your role? Are you looking for a service that is committed to your ongoing professional development and where there are more experienced CBT therapists and psychologists to support your development and provide BABCP accredited supervision? A service that puts staff wellbeing and patient care at the heart of everything they do? If so, the Buckinghamshire CAMHS Getting Help / Getting More Help service has a great opportunity for you!Main duties of the job The post holder will be based in North Bucks (Aylesbury) or South Bucks (High Wycombe). The post holder will be expected to demonstrate particular expertise in relation to working with young people using CBT both independently and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. In addition to direct clinical work involving assessment and intervention including key working, there will be the opportunity to develop skills and experiences in working with more complex presentations as well as a broader range of core skills such as consultation, supervision, and service evaluation. There are professional links within disciplines across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, with structures in place for supervision and governance arrangements.There are strong links with local training courses.
