Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

The post holder will provide the NICE-recommended models of cognitive-behavioural therapy for depression and the anxiety disorders in the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale area. They will work closely with colleagues, Senior CBT therapist, Clinical Lead and Step 3/3.5 Service Manager in delivering these.

Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale NHS Talking Therapies is a highly successful multi-disciplinary site which is looking for a Band 7 CBT Therapist. We are a high-performing and innovative Primary Care psychological therapies site for one of the UK's most diverse towns. Our base is 12 miles north-east of central Manchester, accessible in 15 minutes by public transport.

The service comprises 3 partners: Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust provides Step 3/3.5 NICE-recommended psychological therapies for common mental health problems. Big Life Group provides Gateway interventions, Step 2 interventions, Guided Self-Help and Counselling.
