Full Job Description

  • Providing a 'meet and greet' service to customers arriving on site.

  • Collect and deliver customer's vehicles.

  • Complete vehicle check-ins.

  • Organise on-site parking / logistics.

    This position requires initiative, attention to detail and an ability to deliver great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment., A team player who can work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to multi-task, plan and organise effectively

  • Effective communication with customers and colleagues

  • Good IT skills

  • Ability to adopt upselling skills

  • Someone who can make customers smile

  • Full UK HGV CE licence, Reporting to the Collection & Delivery Driver Team Leader you will provide a prompt and professional collection and delivery service for customers. The successful candidate will have experience and be comfortable with driving a variety of vehicles and have exceptional customer service skills.
