Full Job Description

Working under the direction of the Senior Studio Manager, the Collection Coordinator serves as the key interface between the Design team and other business areas, ensuring seamless communication and management of product development launches-from prototypes to allocation details-for all shoe collections., Technical Administration

  • Create and manage a collection breakdown to track prototypes and material trials.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and maintain allocation deck details for wider business distribution.
  • Collaborate daily with JCF Product Development and/or Capri Holdings on prototype launches.
  • Liaise with the Merchandising team pre- and post-recap meetings to coordinate launches and target-setting.
  • Attend collection review meetings in London, updating relevant documents, boards, and teams.
  • Work with the Materials Coordinator to confirm material selections and official names for the Material Allocation deck.
  • Support the Design team with queries about collections.
  • Upload and track all prototype fitting comments from fittings held in the London Studio.
  • Communicate changes and updates affecting tech sheets and Bills of Materials (BoMs) with JCF.
  • Support the Design team during approvals, flagging any deadline issues.
  • Attend Post-Production fittings to review and finalize production tech sheets/BoMs, communicating updates to JCF.
  • Collection Development and Critical Path Support
  • Monitor and support critical path deadlines to ensure all parties meet key timelines.
  • Create and maintain Design boards for collection material allocations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for collection-related queries from both the Design team and external teams.
  • Support the Design team by following up on prototype samples, construction developments, technical trials, and seasonal hardware.
  • Attend Design and Merchandising meetings as required.
  • Assist with VIP specials and awards orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team on Made-to-Order and Customer Special Orders.
  • General Administration
  • Assist the Senior Studio Manager and Senior Design Director with ad hoc tasks.
  • Support the Design team in creating visual boards for Collection Presentations.

  • Flexible approach to work and problem-solving.
  • Seeks a comprehensive perspective of the collection and is confident in questioning assumptions and proposing new ideas.
  • Industrial experience, including critical path management and shoe product knowledge (desirable).
  • Team player with clear communication skills across all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in luxury brands.
  • Italian language skills (desirable, not essential).
