Collections Representative

As a Credit Specialist in the 3rd Party Debt Team you'll play a critical role in ensuring our financial health by recovering outstanding debts through third-party agencies including Litigation and Debt Collection Agencies. You'll be responsible for managing the debt sale process, liaising with external agencies, and monitoring recovery performance.,

• Debt Sale Management: Oversee the sale of debt portfolios to third-party agencies, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
• Agency Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external debt collection agencies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Third party contact: Resolve queries from our Third Party Partners, support our customers through a litigation Journey as well as our internal insolvency process.

It would be great if you had:
• Previous customer service experience (don't worry if you're new to energy, we'll provide full training)

• Competitive Salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience
