College Cleaning Operative

General cleaning duties will include: mopping, dusting, cleaning toilets & general areas and ensuring the performance standards are highly maintained.

Full PPE will be supplied to support the current Government guidelines for COVID-19.

You must have knowledge of all cleaning methods & risk assessments, including colour coding, Health & Safety, PPE & COSHH. Induction & further Training will be provided.

DBS Enhanced Disclosure required and not funded by the employer. This may be required prior to start.

Contract: Term Time Only - 38weeks attendance plus 4.09 wks pro-rata holiday pay offering 42.09wks paid salary per annum

Holidays: Statutory basis of 20 days per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays paid as a monthly accrual during temporary period.
