This is an exciting opportunity to support the Colorectal MDTs. This role requires the individual to build strong working relationships with clinical teams around the Trust as well as other administrative teams. There is lots of opportunity to network and bring innovation into the current working processes., This is an exciting opportunity to support the Colorectal MDTs. To attend, minute and outcome the Colorectal a MDT meetings

To provide administrative facilitation ofMDT meetings including preparing, organising and circulating agendas, and recording the outcome.

To assist and supervise the collation of all relevant documentation for team meetings.

To identify and be involved with co-ordinating appropriate patient referrals for discussion at the MDT team meetings.

To confirm MDT decisions to referring clinicians and primary care.

To maintain an attendance record.

To co-ordinate with colleagues regarding MDT actions.

Create correspondence as appropriate.

To organise MDT outpatient appointments and to liaise with the clinical team and patients regards this.

To provide cover for other MDTs when required.

Colorectal is both a cancer and routine specialty based in the Surgical Division of QMC. The team are extremely friendly, supportive and hard working.
