Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Marsh Commercial business as an Account Executive across multiple locations (South / South West / South East & London) focused on managing and retaining an existing client portfolio in addition to identifying and winning new business.

This is the perfect role for an individual with a client facing sales background with ambitions to join and flourish at a market leading insurance broker.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to split their working week between the physical office and remote working.

Working within an established team as part of a preeminent global broker allows you to further develop your career whilst allow opening the door to myriad of opportunities in the future.

  • Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets

    Experience in generating new business from scratch

  • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
