Commercial Accountant

As a Commercial Accountant, you'll proved top-notch commercial finance business partnering to the UK and ROI Audiology Business, working closely with the support office teams and around 300 partnerships, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for commercial business partnering in both the Audiology and Domiciliary Audiology areas. You'll manage and create monthly management accounts, oversee the month-end process and review monthly results. Your days will be filled with speaking with various business functions, setting budgets, forecasting and keeping a keen eye on ongoing cost management. Plus, you'll assist the Director of Finance and commercial Finance Controller in all business activities.

Building and maintaining relationships with functional leaders will be key, as you'll be involved in profit centre management and reviews. Making sure costs are reported accurately and in line with accounting standards. You'll track and manage incentives, support multiple project budgets and handle monthly management accounting. You'll keep Directors and cost centre owners fully informed about their financial positions and expected outcomes for the year.

But that's not all - driving annual cost budgeting processes will be part of your role, making sure cost owners and Directors are aware of their budgets and work with them to mitigate any risks. Developing budget packs for through reviews and providing constructive challenges to all customers will part of your routine.

You'll bring solid knowledge and experience of finance standards, be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified or nearly qualified and have a high level of numeracy and attention to detail. You'll be an expert in using Excel, coupled with effective communication qualities that will enable you to explain financial performance to non-financial audiences. Your insights and analysis will help evaluate performance and drive business decisions.

Up to £47,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits
