Commercial Administrator

The purpose of the role will be to reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the administration of accounting and financial reporting.



What you'll do:

• Provide general commercial support to the team, work to deadlines and liaise with supply chain on any invoicing/finance related queries


• Administer the various supply chain payments


• Raise monthly client invoices


• Track and report on monthly WIP and Debt movements


• Review, validation and obtaining approval of any invoices and ensuring payment of any valid invoices is made in accordance with the Fair Payment Charter



• Taking ownership of issues and ensure that work is followed through to completion, chasing when necessary


• Supporting with the delivery of KPI's


• Carrying out various other ad-hoc duties & administration as directed
  
  Experience of working in an administration role in a Financial/Commercial environment


• Good communication skills


• Good organisation skills


• Experience of working directly with client representatives


• Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office, in particular be at an intermediate level


• Capacity to meet tight deadlines
