Full Job Description

  • Liaising with customers daily to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer sales quotations and orders.
  • Adding new and amending existing customer accounts.
  • Completing customer compliance checks.
  • Supporting the customer's needs and referring them to the appropriate support function when required.

    We are seeking a customer focused individual with the drive and initiative to join a dynamic sales team to help deliver business growth in a fast-moving sales environment through excellent administrative support., Business Administration NVQ or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience working within an office environment preferably in a customer service/sales role.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads whilst working accurately and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software.
