Full Job Description

We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Building Solutions Team based in Sheffield., As a Commercial Admin, you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery process of two stage or single stage opportunities Your day to day will include:

  • You will be responsible for assisting the commercial team in the regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream.
  • To interrogate the job cost information in Oracle to ensure all works undertaken are correctly charged to our clients
  • To liaise with the appropriate Quantity Surveyor, Contract Manager or others within the project team to obtain supporting information where necessary to enable the evidencing of Application for Payment details

    Ideal but not mandatory experience in use of Asite (or similar) document and contract management software
  • IT / Microsoft excel and word skills
  • Good Oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate high standards of integrity and organisation
