Full Job Description

Tersus are recruiting for a Commercial Admin to assist our Head of Region with her day to day administrative tasks. Working Monday to Friday with a 37.5 hour working week.,

  • Provide top-notch administrative support to our commercial team, ensuring smooth sailing every step of the way
  • Manage multiple key contracts keeping everything in line and on track for success
  • Take charge of our CRM system, crafting quotes and managing data with precision
  • Assist in crafting commercial documents, including contracts, proposals, and quotations
  • Be the friendly face and voice for our clients, handling inquiries, accepting work orders, and keeping them updated on project progress
  • Navigate client portals and third-party systems with ease, ensuring data is managed and uploaded correctly
  • Tackle customer inquiries and concerns head-on, resolving issues swiftly and effectively
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to keep communication flowing and workflows streamlined

    Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
