- Here at Hastings, The Car Renewal and In-Life team are responsible for retaining roughly 2m car customers for Hastings each year. We are looking for a talented Analyst to work as an integral part of this team and support the growth of the business.
- Day to day, You will work closely with the Commercial Managers and various stakeholders to achieve budgeted commercial performance, by creating and analysing MI to form recommendations to improve existing customer performance.
- This will mean bringing together data from disparate sources joining and analysing them to generate insight.
- You will be responsible for presenting back the analysis to stakeholders, using verbal, written and visual means.

We are looking for someone who is technical by nature. We'd like you to be proficient in SQL and if you have experience working with Snowflake and Power BI, then this would also be a distinct advantage. - We would like you to have a proven track record in an an analytical role.
- A big part of the role is the Commercial side so we need someone who is commercially minded , who is able to understand the levers that make the business perform at a macro and micro level.
- while the technical side of the requirements are important, we'd also like someone who is intellectually curious with a desire to get underneath and solve problems.
- This role will often have competing projects and deadlines so we need someone who can prioritise their workload accordingly.
