Full Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a Commercial Assistant based at Derby with hybrid working available. Within this role you will report to the Commercial Manager and Managing Quantity Surveyors, and you'll be working as part of the STW Framework Commercial team to provide assistance in all areas of the commercial family. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support and drive the monthly reconciliation and analysis of time booking
  • Support the design team with the monthly reconciliation and analysis of time booking
  • Assist the commercial team by tracking supplier/subcontractor approvals and working with the procurement team
  • Work with the commercial team to provide timely information and supporting documentation
  • Support the coordination and communication of the period reporting cycles ensuring compliance with the reporting lifecycle
  • Support with compliance of the subcontract governance process
  • Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained so financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available
  • Administration of the regional SharePoint systems
  • Support with the issuing of subcontracts to the supply chain via Adobe Sign
  • Manage and coordinate 3^rd party Client software access requests
