Full Job Description
This role is all about offering support to our AV commercial team, in our Basingstoke office working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm. The role involves completing administration tasks and reporting. We'll expect you to:
- Daily Reporting and Communication: Manage the company inbox by sorting and addressing administrative tasks, sending out daily morning reports, and dispatching bids, including Poly and Smart Bids. Maintain timely and professional communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Data Management and System Updates: Handle accurate data entry tasks, including setting up new part codes, amending existing materials in the system, and performing general account mapping. Work with Excel and QlikView to ensure data integrity and facilitate reporting.
- Pricing and Commercial Support: Process pricing requests such as new pricing rules, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing data is maintained. Collaborate with internal teams to address ad hoc pricing needs and support commercial decision-making.
- Inventory and Pipeline Management: Oversee demo kit management, monitor stock movements, and manage the NEC pipeline to ensure that resources are optimised and aligned with business needs.
- Administrative Flexibility and Project Support: Take on varied responsibilities, including supporting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks. Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to process improvements where necessary.
