Commercial Business Graduate

The successful graduate will develop a core understanding of operations, including people, resources, budgets, and efficiencies, while also developing technical and analytical skills to understand how best to support our business and customers in achieving their sustainability goals.

What you'll be doing;

- Learn to generate KPIs to measure the operational, financial and sustainable performance of the operations

- Learn to create reports and lead improvement plans to deliver more sustainable, secure and profitable operations.

- Support the Risk and Assurance and Security departments in creating new security-related policies and best practices.

- Support on project coordination for organic growth projects and potentially external growth.

- Coordinate projects on system improvement to improve monitoring of operations and financial performance.

- Review and improve processes, researching new methods, systems/ ways of creating efficiencies within current processes, working with the line manager to gain buy-in and implement changes., We know how important it is to be fully committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive place to work for every one of our colleagues. Degree-level qualification in a relevant Business Management or Environmental (to be achieved by September 2025).

- Drivers Licence (willingness to get one)

This purposefully designed rotational two-year role is specifically developed to progress into long-term employment within Veolia Commercial. The individual will experience key areas across the commercial sector, developing the basic waste management and business knowledge surrounding Veolia values and processes through different operational depots.
