Commercial Compliance Analyst

The role will be working with the Commercial and Compliance Controller to produce accurate vendor and client rebate reconciliations along with the associated reporting to Group M and prepare accurate information for client audits.,

• Annual reconciliations of vendor rebates and co-ordination of invoicing in accordance with vendor contract terms.
• Assisting with the preparation of client passback reconciliations.
• Assisting with the preparation and review of client audit media reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Review & reporting of media accrual balances
• Investigation of media invoice queries
• Preparation of Surbanes-Oxley month end schedules.
• Monthly reconciliation of inventory media and reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts.
• Assisting and adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and reporting and audit, including preparation of month end schedules.
• Ad hoc tasks as required to support the Commercial and Compliance Controller.
