Full Job Description

Join the Sales office team at TMUK Worksop as a Commercial Coordinator! You'll support our back-office sales operations, ensuring seamless administration of tenders, quotes, and sales processes. You'll collaborate with field sales and cross-departmental teams, ensuring internal procedures are followed while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include documentation management, CRM data entry, and communication with production to ensure accurate planning. You'll also handle tender and quotation processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documents and identify new opportunities.

An understanding of tender processes (if you have experience of tender writing, this is a bonus)
Experience working with CRM systems to record, manage, and retrieve information accurately
Excellent customer service skills
