Commercial Finance Director, GenMed Global and EMEA

The Commercial Finance Director, GenMed Global and EMEA for Cytiva is responsible for supporting the Genomic Medicine VP Commercial and EMEA Commercial Leader to set processes, forecast, analyse results, and drive impact in our topline and margin performance. What you will do:

• Ensure coordination of processes and standard terms across opco, within Cytiva BTG
• Drive the connection between the reporting suite and the regions to drive better Global & regional forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the month & quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities - lead analysis for SCR
• Partner with the EMEA zone managers, AMs, EMEA commercial leader, and Global Commercial leader in forecasting, reviewing actuals, pricing to drive profitable growth at an acceptable risk for the company.
• Finance lead for GenMed EMEA commercial negotiations, including authorization of non-standard / non-preferred terms & conditions for specific contracts and deals.
• Ensure global processes & infrastructure to manage and propose/drive changes to better position GenMed globally for negotiations, relevant to the market
• Manage the overall GenMed customer account tagging process
• Manage the commercial cost profile
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience
• Significant progressive financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast, and business analysis support with a large, sophisticated organization
• Strong analytic skills, proved ability to use large sets of data and summarize into key takeaways and actions for the senior leadership team
• Strong business mindset, must be able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Key competencies include highly flexible/open to change, attention to detail, initiative, communication, analytical skills, relationship/team management, critical thinking, strong sense of urgency/accountability, quick learner/problem solver
• Microsoft and financial systems proficiency (excel, Oracle, OneStream, Qlik etc.)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Life Sciences or Genomic Medicine industry
