You will support the existing commercial finance team and collaborate with senior management and other staff including Management Accounting, Business Modelling, the Property / Asset Management / Facilities Management teams, Treasury, and Accounts Payable & Receivable. Good communication and influencing skills are essential, along with broad knowledge of financial activities, which will require a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, a

  • Strong preference for Real Estate / Property experience, be that in the form of Property Clients within an Audit role, or working directly for a Property business in a Commercial Finance / FP&A / Finance Business Partnering role. • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload, including coordinating with others to ensure deadlines are met
  • To work both as part of a team and independently to deliver a common goal or objective
  • Excellent IT skills including accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word
