Full Job Description

  • High Standard of Workmanship: Ensuring that the work carried out meets high-quality standards is a key part of the job.
  • Timeliness and Productivity: Completing tasks efficiently and on schedule is important, as these services aim to keep properties in good condition without causing long delays.
  • Customer Service: As you'll be working in homes or around tenants, providing friendly, professional, flexible and helpful service is crucial for maintaining good relationships with clients and residents.

    Equipment provided: Company Van (Full, Clean UK Driving Licence essential), Fuel Card, Purchase Card, Uniform, Samsung Tablet, Working knowledge of commercial/domestic heating systems in servicing, breakdown, fault finding and installs.
  • Experience of working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works within the Local Authority/Social Housing sector is highly valuable in this role.
