Commercial Graduate Roles - January 2025

As an Analyst, you will receive exposure to a broad mix of projects - customer research vs strategy, larger vs smaller, global vs domestic. This breadth of experience will enable you to decide if you want to take a more specialised route as your career develops. You will receive a mix of formal classroom training, shadowing colleagues on projects, and 'on the job' training to equip you with the capabilities you need to develop and progress. You will be integrally involved in projects, working as a valued member of the project team. Over time, you will become increasingly responsible for taking ownership of specific tasks within a project, but always with the necessary support and oversight from more experienced colleagues when you need it. Depending on the type of project, you could be involved in designing, conducting, analysing and presenting primary customer research; analysis of secondary desk research and internal client documents, or supporting the design, organization and facilitation of client workshops.,
