Commercial Graduate Scheme 2025

We're recruiting for graduates to join our Commercial team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a Commercial Graduate, you will develop your skills in our sales, marketing, and aftersales environments. Please note this position is on-site 5 days a week at the McLaren Technology Centre, to best facilitate your learning and development during the scheme. The closing date for applications is Friday, 15th November 2024. Virtual first stage interviews will take place in early January 2025, with the second stage of the process being on-site assessment centres in late January/early February. What You'll Do As a Commercial Graduate, you will be gaining valuable experience within our Commercial team on a two-year programme. This will include working in these key areas:

• Sales: You will be at the forefront of representing McLaren to our customers, ensuring their journey with us is exceptional. Sales graduates work closely with our retail teams, promoting our world-class vehicles and experiences.
• Marketing: Dive into the exciting world of automotive marketing, where you'll help shape and execute our brand's strategies. Collaborate with teams to create compelling campaigns and engage our global audience.
• Aftersales: Aftersales graduates play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support throughout their ownership journey. You'll assist in delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring We would be looking for you to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree. You must also bring a passion for cars, and a desire to work at the cutting edge of the automotive industry within our Commercial business area. What We'll Do for You
