Full Job Description
New: US Global 2 to 5 PQE .. Commercial Litigation .. a rare junior role for us at EW, but this Global and City practice is thriving at the moment and comes in 2024 full of energy and gusto! As an associate you will have bags of energy and a 'want' to get in to the DR Litigation market and run your own cases with expert US partner assistance .. you may have completed a seat in R&I or litigation, but it is the desire to get into it that is important! This is a partner led environment, with lots of safety nets for the first few years. Matters will include: all kinds of commercial litigation matters at a good level. Also insolvencies: to include administrations, liquidations (solvent or insolvent) and bankruptcies; acquisitions of insolvent businesses and assets from IPs; litigation and asset tracing and all the R&I trappings. The role also covers work Globally as this firm's reach is now truly global with offices in several countries.
