Full Job Description

  • Become the "deal closer" who takes qualified publishing deals to the final agreement stage by building strong, trust-based relationships with game development studios.
  • Foster long-lasting client relationships, maintaining and deepening customer connections with a keen commercial focus.
  • Implement new ideas and practices to enhance business efficiency.
  • Act as a technical expert for both game developers and team members.

    Experience working in a shared service or BPO environment.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to tasks, regardless of size.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Skilled in negotiating commercial terms and contracts.
  • Experienced in identifying and converting commercial opportunities.
  • Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.

As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for ensuring game publishing deals are effectively and efficiently negotiated using commercial terms that protect Kwalee's interests while fostering long term, successful relationships with game development studios.
