Full Job Description
- Bid writing, tendering & estimating.
- Contract reviews.
- Strategically expanding, preserving or improving commercial procedures.
- Reporting on financial performance.
- Supply chain management (including contract administration and procurement).
Educated to degree level in Commercial Management or associated subject. - Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB, or ICE.
- Proven experience within a quantity surveying role, ideally within an SME.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Working knowledge of construction and contract law and various forms of Conditions of Contract.
- Full UK driving licence.
Optisol, part of the RSK Group is looking to appoint a Commercial Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The role can offer hybrid and remote working opportunities with reporting into an RSK office in Birmingham when required.
