Full Job Description

  • You will be responsible for managing relationships with a panel of insurers.
  • Through insight, analysis, and commercial acumen, identify and deliver key initiatives to maximise profitability across all customer journeys.
  • You will lead the implementation and delivery of initiatives and change ensuring benefits are delivered rapidly and with maximum effect.
  • You will develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with stakeholders in all functions that have a role in delivering commercial outcomes.

    You will have a background in home insurance, understanding the product and market.
  • You will be passionate about the data, with good numerical skills to draw out insights and opportunity.
  • Results oriented, with drive to deliver against customer and commercial outcomes.
  • You're innovative and enjoy seeking out opportunities to disrupt and an innovate while also incrementally evolving commercial capabilities.
  • We would like you to have experience working withing a highly regulated environment, with proven background engaging and enthusing senior stakeholders.
