Full Job Description

  • Focused on customer success and product adoption, the commercial Operations Specialist works alongside the Commercial Operations and Enablement team to drive sales & success productivity improvements through process optimization.
  • Work with the CRM team to identify process improvements, automate where possible and integrate workflows within current process. Assist with global roll out of process adoption, monitoring and management.
  • Producing reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel for planning and performance management purposes e.g. forecasting, tracking key business metrics, customer success metrics, churn rates, CLTV.
  • Utilise strong written communication skills to create, update and maintain the Commercial Information Centre, a one-stop-shop, product, process and marketing resource for all client facing positions.
  • Actively participate and lead projects targeted at improving the sales, client success and marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilise advanced PowerPoint skills to develop a consistently formatted library of internal training presentations.
  • Continuous development of standard reporting tools to support the changing requirements of the business.
  • Work cross-departmentally to define reporting needs based on business requirements. Analyze business data, and implement reporting methodology to track upsale and renewal efforts to help the business drive improved program results.
  • Work with the Enablement team to coordinate and maintain a content and collateral library for the global sales and success team which will enable continuous access to the most recent and relevant collateral for our client facing teams to effectively represent the organization.
  • Support several departments in driving operational excellence, programs and benchmarking success.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing projects to existing clients are properly established in Salesforce, the key system of record, so there are no missed opportunities.

    2-3 years of sales operations/ program management experience
  • High aptitude for technology with strong knowledge and understanding of Excel, CRM's, project management and communication tools. Previous use of Marketing automation tools and Salesforce.com an advantage.
  • Strong analytic skills with high accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Excellent communications skills to enable cross cultural communications
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
  • Virtual team builder that reaches out across the organization to build rapport and ensure execution.
  • Software as a Service experience preferred
