Full Job Description

  • Taking a proactive approach to partner management through the purposeful understanding of our partner's objectives and the identification of opportunities to best service their needs.
  • Understanding and applying a strategic approach to managing and delivering impactful partnership activations.
  • Being responsible for partnerships monitoring and reporting against both financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Working as part of a dynamic and agile Partnerships team to deliver memorable partner events and support the organisation on British Cycling-led events (where partners are represented). Ensuring timings and logistics are well managed and communicated in a timely manner and any relevant promotion materials are approved and produced correctly.
  • Working alongside the Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager on imaginative partnership and commercial opportunities that help deliver against the overall Commercial Strategy and revenue targets

    Experience in marketing and commercial partnerships, with solid project management skills.
  • Experience in managing partners, campaign planning and reporting.
  • Experience in managing budgets and invoicing.
  • An understanding of both commercial and government-funded sports organisations
