Full Job Description

We are looking for someone to lead our commercial and partnership work across the Football areas of Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. The more access to commercial and partnership funding, the more opportunities we have to develop the game further. This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with colleagues and stakeholders across all areas of the organisation.,

  • To support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Berks & Bucks FA Business Strategy.

  • To Identify new and maximise existing corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities to generate additional revenue for reinvestment back into grassroots football.

  • Manage relationships with commercial partners, charities, and community organisations.

  • To achieve and exceed set targets annually for commercial income as per the Berks & Bucks FA Business Strategy.

  • To enhance the image, profile and reputation of Berks & Bucks FA through commercial sponsorships and partnership activities.

    The successful candidate must be determined, a team player as well as having the ability to maintain multiple projects and deadlines., Someone who is passionate about the value football can have on an individual's wellbeing and has experience of developing partnerships and raising funds to develop our services further.

    Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate may need to undertake a FA enhanced DBS check before commencement in the post.     Salary: Band 4 (£26,280 - £32,121) per annum, dependent on experience.
    Hours: 35 hours per week. (Requirement to work evenings and weekends in line with the demands of the role.)
    Contract: Full time - Fixed Term Contract (Expiring June 2028).
