Full Job Description

  • Define project plan, work products and success criteria for customer services workstream.

  • Ensure teams and resources are made available in order to execute project plan deliverables.

  • Responsible for resolving identified obstacles impacting the workstream.

  • Provide leadership and directions for issue resolution.

  • Schedule and lead workstream sessions/communication with other workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Produce weekly status updates and escalate matters for resolution as required.

  • Consider consistency in process and standards across entire customer base


  • What we're looking for:

    Customer Journey:

  • Engage with acquired businesses and CUBE to understand the customer journey for each business.

  • Identify the nuances between each one and any contingencies that need to be considered or are non-negotiable.

  • Work with our Chief Sales Officer to create a single vision customer journey which we can implement for mid-market in new world.


  • Renewals:
  • Engage with acquired businesses and CUBE to specifically understand the renewal process.

  • What contractual dependencies are there, including right to renew and renewal increases.

  • Work with our Chief Sales Officer to create a single process for renewals across all customers.


  • Assessment of Customer Data:
  • Segment customers by size and upsell potential.

  • Segment customers by Business Standard and Premium.

  • Identify accounts for upsell, within Business, and accounts that the Enterprise team should engage with.


  • Mid-Market Org:
  • Help with the hire of the new mid-market organization and office opening, inclusive of new business sellers and Customer Success Executives, fully onboarded by end of year.


  • Lead Gen:
  • Ensure integration considers suitable lead gen for new org, supporting high transaction sales org.


  • Customer Tracking:
  • Assist with the transfer of knowledge from existing RR and TR customer success teams.

  • Ensure CUBE, TR and RR stays on top of all customer questions /comments /concerns.


  • CRM:
  • Single CRM system, architected to support a single customer journey.

  • Process driven - notification reminders to support strong retention rates for the customer.

  • Support requirements for customer data within CRM, loading and user testing.


  • Data Analysis:
  • Support customer data analysis and load through interim BI tool and into new CRM.


  • Customer Engagement:
  • Helping to ensure customer engagement remains high in pre-close period.
