7 Partner Solicitors practice based in Covent Garden / Holborn seeks Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor to join busy department.

You will have a min 5yrs PQE dealing with the acquisition, disposal and letting of all types of commercial premises, including office and retail premises, industrial units and restaurants, site assembly, development and disposal.

The team team regularly advises on all landlord and tenant matters including the grant, renewal, rent review, licenses (including licenses for alterations and assignment or underletting) and surrender of leases for single and multi-let premises.

The department also advises on corporate structures and funding arrangements through the firm's offshore contacts, clients range from the private investor to trading companies.
