Full Job Description

As a Paralegal within Commercial Property, you will be expected to assist lawyers on a full caseload of files for clients including commercial property matters.,

  • What the job involves;
  • Preparation of correspondence and documentation such as quotes, obtain billing reports, invoices and completion statements with a high level of accuracy.

  • Comprehensive use of case management systems, Land Registry Direct and Companies House Direct to complete a variety of tasks including; submitting queries and downloading documents.

  • Overall time-keeping including, organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain Lawyers' diaries.

  • To make introductory calls to clients and third parties, as well as attending face to face client meetings.

    We are looking for a proficient individual to join Talbots as Paralegal. To be successful, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience within a Commercial Property Team., Competent within legal administration of a range of commercial matters with at least 12 months working experience within this field.

  • Work well under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines using excellent administrative skills, planning and organisation.
