As a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE, you will manage a range of complex commercial property transactions. You will work with a diverse client base, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. - Take the lead on managing commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- Advise clients on a range of commercial property matters, including development projects, property finance, and lease agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality legal advice tailored to their business needs.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the efficient handling of cases and successful resolutions.
- Stay updated on changes in commercial property law and market trends.
Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property law. - Proven experience managing commercial property transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
