  • Take the lead on managing commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
  • Advise clients on a range of commercial property matters, including development projects, property finance, and lease agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality legal advice tailored to their business needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the efficient handling of cases and successful resolutions.
  • Stay updated on changes in commercial property law and market trends.

    As a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE, you will manage a range of complex commercial property transactions. You will work with a diverse client base, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
