Full Job Description

The Commercial Services Administrator takes charge of administrative duties and providing vital support throughout the Commercial Services Team., As a Commercial Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities within the service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Consultancy and Technology teams., Consultancy Services

  • Manage administrative tasks for consultancy, including enquiries, proposals, and projects.

  • Act as the primary contact for RLSS UK consultancy, responding promptly to client inquiries.

  • Maintain positive client relationships and help to coordinate projects.

  • Accurately recording quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients for the Business Development Executive and Head of Commercial Services.

  • Assist in lead generation and client identification.

  • Ensure projects meet RLSS UK's standards.

  • Prepare materials showcasing consultancy impact.

  • Stay updated on industry trends.

  • Re-engage past prospects for new opportunities.


  • Technology Services
  • Act as the primary contact for Technology-related inquiries, responding promptly to client inquiries.

  • Manage the RLSS UK Technology mailbox.

  • Maintain positive client and installation team relationships, ensuring needs are understood.

  • Coordinate and schedule Technology projects.

  • Handle administrative tasks and records within the Technology CRM.

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Senior Commercial Services Manager with potential Technology clients.

  • Assist in lead generation and client identification for Technology projects.

  • Ensure Technology projects meet RLSS UK's quality standards.

  • Prepare materials showcasing impact of Technology.

  • Stay updated on RLSS UK's consultancy offerings and industry trends.


  • General

    Essential Relevant Experience, Skills and/or Aptitudes
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal

  • Previous customer-facing experience

  • Proficient telephone manner

  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive approach to work and challenges

  • Strong team player as well as capable of effective independent work

  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure

  • Embraces development and seeks continuous improvement

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite


  • Desirable Relevant Experience, Skills and/or Aptitudes
  • Experience using a CRM system (or similar software)

  • Passion for technology

  • Knowledge of RLSS UK Qualifications and Awards

    CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday), SALARY: £22,730.00 (Grade G), RLSS UK is a national Charity based in the heart of Worcester City, and we offer great staff benefits including -
