Are you a data-driven, creative problem solver who thrives on taking ownership and improving business performance? Join our Fibre Commercialisation Squad, where you'll have the opportunity to drive strategic growth and improve the overall performance of our full-fibre network. In this dynamic role, you'll use both data insights and creative solutions to deliver high-value initiatives that impact the entire customer lifecycle as we expand our network for new acquisitions, and migrate our existing base from legacy technology to full-fibre.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in identifying maximum value opportunities at pace
  • A results-driven approach, with the ability to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, value, and volume
  • Tangible experience with interpreting data and deriving insights
  • Experience in collaborating and build strong networks across internal and external stakeholders to accelerate results
  • Proficient understanding of P&L and budgets
