Commercial Strategy Associate

Reporting to the Commercial Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Strategy team which is responsible for driving strategically important, high-priority initiatives on the Chief Commercial Officer's agenda. You'll be working alongside a high-performing ex-MBB consulting team across a wide variety of commercial topics like marketing allocation, cost optimisation and operating model design etc. Given you'll be solving some of the company's toughest challenges and have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in the business, there is opportunity to progress quickly,

• Identify areas for improvement in our commercial functions (e.g. Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Analytics) and develop strategies to improve ROI
• Solve key operational challenges (e.g. improving customer onboarding experience by optimising new customer offers etc.) by diving deep into analysis to uncover root causes of issues and driving solutions that unlock growth
• Support, and eventually lead, cross-functional projects, working with stakeholders from across the business to drive operational change
• Prepare reports to communicate strategic and operational changes to C-suite and other senior stakeholders
• Create quantitative models to assess historical performance, prepare business cases etc.
