Full Job Description

The role will have rotations within Field Sales, E Commerce & Category Management - and give a brilliant well-rounded introduction and education into the world of FMCG Sales. The role will consist of 3 6 month rotations into 3 fascinating areas of our business - but all rotations will be consistent in their drive to deliver excellence in terms of shopper experience of our products and the wider soft drinks category. The successful candidate will gain a brilliant understanding of UK retail - influencing at a store level, a head office retail level and an e commerce level. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Build relationships with independent retailers via direct visits - and use data and insight to drive the Red Bull distribution and visibility to grow value for the retailer
  • Working with key customers within the Q Com Space (such as Deliveroo or Ubereats) to optimise product content for Red Bull, as well as optimising product positioning in user journey (correct menus, landing pages etc)
  • Utilising data to understand performance of Red Bull and the Soft Drink category on Quick Commerce platforms - identify opportunities for growth, and build and execute a plan.
  • Use multiple data sources to analyse market and retailer performance and find opportunities to drive soft drinks and Red Bull
  • Identify distribution, space and new product opportunities for key partner retailers - such as Spar. Translate insight into action to provide clear recommendations to retailer partners to make the most of their soft drink range

  • Strong relationship building and love for presenting
  • A love of data and insight - having the hunger to get into the detail of the WHY
  • Highly organised - and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Numerate and a desire to understand the pay back of all investments
  • A love of understanding how people shop - online and instore
  • Travel 20-30%
