Commis Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality and would like to progress through the business.

Duties will include:

• Preparing ingredients to standards set by the Head chef, and recipe specifications.


• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety.


• Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen, working with brigade colleagues.


• Run designated sections throughout the kitchen.
