Commis Chef

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon is looking for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team!, As the Commis Chef, you will:

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  
  Enjoys the fast-paced kitchen environment
• Is a team player
• Can communicate clearly
• Is proactive, reliable and can support shifts including weekends and bank holidays
• Has previous experience working within a Kitchen or similar environment
