Commis Chef

As a Commis Chef, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing food and performing basic cooking tasks. You will work in different areas of the kitchen, such as vegetables, fish and meat, and sauces, usually on a six-month rotation programme. Your responsibilities will include supporting all chefs to manage and deliver catering services, participating in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments, preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, and preparing special diet meals as needed.
