Full Job Description

  • Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

  • Helping with deliveries.
  • Preparing meats and vegetables.
  • Assisting fellow chefs.
  • Assisting in stock rotation.
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
  • Effective time management for preparation and food service.
  • Precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
  • Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
  • Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.

    Pay Rate: £12.24 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.44 per hour! Shift Pattern: Scheduled between 3 am and 11 am, including weekends.,
