An integral part of the La Dame de Pic Front of House team, the Commis de Rang assists the Chef de Rang with service to ensure the plates, silver and pass are cleaned at all times and the mise en place is completed prior to service and continuously replenished during service.

• £33,000 package which includes hotel service charge, and salary
