Full Job Description

The Commissioning and Performance Administrator role will play an essential part within a fast paced team. This will make for an exciting and varied role, where each day can be very different to the next.

This role will provide you with opportunities to build professional working relationships with internal teams, partner agencies and our provider market.

The Strategic Commissioning Team has a wealth of knowledge and experience to support the successful candidate's development.

What will you be doing?

The Commissioning and Performance Administrator will support the team in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines to ensure the day to day administrative functions are managed effectively and efficiently.

You will be responsible for overseeing the teams emails and communications, liaising and responding to queries from our provider market, external partners and internal teams.

You will liaise with other internal services to streamline data being collated and to support the teams processes and responsibilties.

You will support the team to plan, coordinate and schedule forums, meetings and workshops, including minute taking.

You will be responsible for our MS Teams site and the house keeping of our database and records.

Assist in the delivery and and maintenance of business processes.

Gather data and information relating to the work area to support in the production of management reports and information on service performance to meet service area requirements.

You will assist the team with recruitment administration and general projects.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and able to communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels, building good working relationships. If you have positive team work ethics and can work on your own initiative, then this could be the role for you.

You will need to have a solution driven and adaptable approach to working, thrive in a busy environment with a positive approach to challenges.

You will have excellent IT and administrative skills including experience of using Office 365, MS Teams, as well as a good attention to detail. You will have an adaptive nature to use multiple systems effectively. You will also have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
